As the largest manufacturer of Behälter Schüttungen in Africa, we offer a wide range of models adapted for your needs. These include vehicle mounted Behälter lifting machines for the popular 240 litre plastic “wheelie” and galvanized 1100 litre Spriko Behälters.

You will find that spares and comprehensive back up service are always readily available for our locally designed and manufactured Schüttungen. Mechlift prides itself on its prompt response time and availability of spare parts, should they be required.

All of our Schüttungen use a reliable rotary actuator for the whole lift and tip cycle, which results in a smooth action with low hydraulic power requirements. All Mechlift Schüttungen are safe, sturdy, and built to last.

EL 21

The EL 21 Behälter Schüttung is the first of its type in South Africa and is our only electric Schüttung.

It has been designed to assist in the emptying of 240 litre "wheelie bins", and is ideal for use in factories, shopping centres, hospitals, recycling plants, hotels, conference centres, schools - and anywhere that 240 litre Behälters are used.

ML 150

The ML 150 Behälter Schüttung is a "low-level" Schüttung, which makes it capable of handling both hand-loaded plastic bags and European style 240 litre Behälters.

This model has a high ground clearance to decrease the risk of accidental damage. The ML 150 is also very easy to remove and transfer, a process which requires less than two minutes and no tools.

ML 220

The ML 220 Behälter Schüttung is a high-level Schüttung that achieves the highest productivity with the least stress, noise, mass and maintenance.

"High-level" Schüttungen achieve such good performance by positioning the tipped Behälter above the compactor blade, allowing simultaneous Behälter-emptying and compaction.

The ML 220 can empty over 1200 two wheeled plastic bins per 8-hour shift.

ML 310

The ML 310 Behälter Schüttung is a high-level Schüttung that has been designed to empty a wide range of DIN/MGB Behälter sizes and shapes, from 80 to 360 litres on split combs, or from 500 to 1100 litre on combined combs.

ML 325

The ML 325 Behälter Schüttung is a single comb, high-level Schüttung, which has been designed to handle the larger four wheeled Behälters whilst still being able to lift the 240 litre "wheelie Behälters".

With the ML 325 you will easily be able to empty a wide range of DIN/MGB Behälter sizes and shapes, from 120 litres to 1100 litre.

ML 805

The ML 805 Behälter Schüttung is a low-level and high-level Schüttung in one. It has been designed to have high ground clearance, a low sill (for hand loaded refuse), and a high tipping level.

It is capable of handling a wide range of Behälter sizes and shapes, from 80 to 360 litres on split combs, or from 500 to 1100 litres on combined combs.
