ML 310

The ML 310 uses reliable rotary actuators for the whole lift and tip cycle, which results in a smooth action with low hydraulic power requirements.

The ML310 is being phased out - being replaced by the ML325

This lifter allows you to handle a wide range of DIN/MGB bin sizes and shapes, from 60 to 360 litres on split combs, or from 500 to 1100 litre on combined combs. Even if you do not use MGB bins, we can probably provide you with an interface attachment to suit your particular requirements.

When the combs are split for the smaller two-wheeled bins, cycle times of 7 to 8 seconds are achieved with a hydraulic supply rate of under 30 litres per minute.

This means that the vehicle can be significantly quieter and more fuel efficient while doing collection rounds. During combined comb lifting of the larger four-wheeled containers, only one operating lever can be activated which prevents users from abusing the system to achieve a shorter cycle time.

The lowering speed of the combined comb is independently adjustable, again to prevent the operators from dropping the large containers at high speed. Opening the trunnion lift arms automatically causes a positive mechanical interlock of the two combs.
