Mechlift Products - Problems and Solutions:

How NOT to maintain your equipment

Nearly all things in life need maintenance be it the human body, roofs gutters, garage door opener, YOUR BIN LIFTER etc. If you cannot do it yourself, approach qualified people. We understand that even qualified people have to make 'quick fix' repairs but here are photos showing in what condition the lifters push pads are in. This problem did not manifest itself yesterday or last month and guess what the bin owner says? 'The Mechlift machine has broken my bin ....'

In the following photo the key stripped. We all know a key does not just strip suddenly, rather excessive movement has been steadily developing for weeks. Now there is a breakdown and along comes Mr. Quickfix and does this....

It really COSTS VERY LITTLE to maintain anything if timeous attention is given to a problem. Mr. Quickfix will not be employed by us
