The HDPE plastic used for molding waste bins - supplier information and technical specifications

Here is a page from the SABIC corporation, a Middle East petro-chemical company, that is a major supplier to the molders of plastic bins.

An extract:

"Requirements and standardization

Since we are talking about long-life-parts, properties such as strength, toughness, stiffness, ESCR (Environmental Stress Crack Resistance) and UV-radiation resistance are important for the approval and lifetime of these waste bins.
It is interesting that they mention supplying 3 different types of HDPE for waste bins. From their spec sheets it can be seen that there are very big differences in the mechanical properties between the types supplied and one wonders; "What is a better specification?"

(Nothing is mentioned in their specs about Ultra Violet stability either?)
