We are a UK based company looking for a simple solution for lifting 110 litre bins and tipping them into a container approx 600mm from floor level. The operation is multi-site so cost, ease of use and reliability are paramount. Can anybody help?

Hi Hallmark

Let's explore this a little further.....

1. These 110 litre bins, are they similar to the larger wheelie bins? Can you send us a photo to gerald(at)mechlift.com, or fax a sketch to +27 21 448 8874?

2. What is the maximum mass (weight) when fully loaded?

3. What tipping angle is needed to discharge the contents?

4. Can you confirm that you want the tipper to be manually powered by one or two persons?
